You’ve mastered the basics in Dutch and you’ve covered the first half of B1. Imagine being able to chat with your neighbours, discuss your weekend plans with colleagues with ease, or read emails from the gemeente without constantly reaching for Google Translate.
If you feel like you want to start having discussions about more abstract topics than Dutch weather or Dutch food, B1 is the way to go!
In this second half of level B1 you will cover: Dutch society, politics and the political system, arts and sustainability. And you’ll start having discussions about more abstract topics like current events.
By the end of this course, you will feel more at ease in your daily interactions and ready to tackle more complex conversations. This will help you integrate better into Dutch society and feel at home in Dutch.
